At the age of 13, I was already obsessed with peak performance.
The obsession led me through some very deep valleys that I was only able to come out of due to continued learning, research and being around the worlds best practitioners (yes at age 13-16).
It was that passion and obsession that I was able to harness in a healthy way to propel not only a hockey career but a coaching career. That coaching career allowed me to provide value to NCAA, AHL, NHL, and National team programs, as well as entrepreneurs globally over the last decade.
As the productivity hack industry continued to grow, I noticed that the very thing I had been hired to do for professional hockey players was being integrated into athletics and human performance around the world. The only problem was people weren’t actually getting anything out of it.
The more athletes and leaders that came to me for advice on what I was doing to stay on top, the more I knew that there was a place for something like OWN IT to help maximize output.
Here what I have discovered. Listen to, “TEDx Talks — Your Energy Has a Number and That Number Is HRV.”
